Zions has an ERM Committee with their C-Suite that includes: 1) their asset liability committee, 2) capital management committee, 3) model validation committee, 4) new product review committee, 5) credit administration committee 6) securities valuation and securitization oversight committee along with their Chairman, CEO and Executive Vice President over Risk Management, CFO, General Counsel, Directors of Corporate Finance, Investments, Technology and Credit Administration.
