Zions’ Board of Directors oversees the enterprise risk management process. The Board’s focus is to ensure that the amounts and types of risk that are undertaken are in alignment with the business strategies and policies that have been established to control that risk. Zion’s Board of Directors does not have a separate risk committee, but the responsibility of risk is shared among all their Board Members.
